1st time purchase through online . I bought 5 salmon , a trout & a silver pomfret(sp). Salmon are fresh with its taste and “sp” I boiled it and fried some chopped ginger and shallot add on a little wine and poured onto the sp. It tastes super fresh and sweet . Will repurchase . 😊
